401(k) Retirement

Employees are eligible to participate in the plan on the first of the month following the date of hire. The Plan allows you to reduce your taxable base compensation by up to 100% the annual IRS limit through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. The company's matching contribution enables your savings to grow. Twenty investment options are offered through the American Funds Group.
Medical Insurance

Group medical insurance is offered through CIGNA , KAISER PERMANENTE (DC, MD, VA, CA & HAWAII ONLY), AND ANTHEM ( AL ONLY). Wyle Information Systems shares the premium cost for all regular 30 hour or more Full-Time & Part-Time employees and their eligible dependents.
Prescription Drug Card

Participants in the CIGNA HEALTHCARE , KAISER PERMANENTE AND ANTHEM Medical plan are also participants in the prescription drug program administered through the Medical carrier.
Dental Insurance

Group dental insurance is offered through Delta Dental. Wyle Information Systems shares the premium cost for all regular, 30 hour or more Full-time & Part-Time employees and their eligible dependents.
Vision Insurance

Vision insurance is offered through the Vision Service Plan (VSP) (except for employees in Hawaii who are covered under the Kaiser plan). Utilizing VSP member doctors provides a variety of benefits including eye exam and discounted products.
Short-Term/Long-Term Disability

Company-Sponsored Short-Term & Long-Term disability benefits are effective on your date of hire. Wyle Information Systems pays 100% of the premium for short-term & long- term disability insurance for all regular, full-time employees.
Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Company-Sponsored, Wyle Information Systems pays 100% of the premium for one times salary (maximum of $500,000) of life insurance and of accidental death and dismemberment for regular, full-time employees.
Employee Assistance

We provide an employee assistance program through CIGNA Healthcare.
Supplemental Insurance

This voluntary life insurance program allows employees to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouses, and dependent children.
Flexible Spending Account

Employees may contribute to a Health Care and/or a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. Contributions are made through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.
Paid Universal Leave

Regular, full-time employees accrue 18 days of universal leave each calendar year. Paid universal leave is accrued at the rate of 6.00 hours per pay period for 1 to 5 years of service. After 5 years, paid leave is accrued at the rate of 7.00 hours per pay period (21 days per year). After 10 plus years, paid leave is accrued at a rate of 8.00 hours per pay period (24 days per year). Employees may roll over balances up to 320 hours each calendar year.
Paid Holidays

Wyle Information Systems observes ten (10) paid federal holidays each year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Educational/Training Assistance

Wyle Information Systems encourages all employees to continue their education. If an employee wishes to study job-related courses, we will prepay 100% of the tuition up to $5,000 within any rolling 12 month period. Tuition, registration, books and lab fees are included in this benefit.
PC Buy Program

Wyle Information Systems will reimburse back 20% of the cost of a PC (on a system of $2,000.00 or less).
Transportation Assistance

The company contributes to the cost of public transportation and parking.
Professional Organizations

Wyle Information Systems Group reimburses employees for job-related professional affiliations and professional magazine subscriptions.
Employee Referral Bonus

Referral/recruitment bonuses of $500 or $1,000 to employees who refer a full-time hire to us. The new hire must work for the company for 90 days or more for the bonus to be paid.
Spot Bonus Plan

This bonus is distributed to any employee for one-time exemplary service that exceeds expectations.
Semi-Annual Bonus Plan

A bonus is awarded to those employees who demonstrate exceptional performance in their daily job responsibilities.

Hawaii employees are covered under a different plan.
